Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item in new condition with original packaging and accessories. There will be a 25% restocking fee applied to all returns. You must call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without an RMA number will be refused.

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged an additional fee, or refused, at our discretion.

All shipping charges are the purchasers responsibility. By returning an item, purchaser must pay to have it shipped to our warehouse, plus you must reimburse EvolutionHealth for any "Free Shipping" costs incurred in the original shipment.

Canceling an order after the order has been shipped has the same effect as returning an order."

Of course, if the sauna arrives damaged in shipment, we will take every step to ensure that you sauna is replaced or that replacement parts are sent.

 

When your sauna is delivered please inspect the product before driver leaves, by opending and inspecting contents of boxes.  Driver is required to remain a 'reasonable' amount of time for such inspection to be done.
