OmGym: Adventure v. Regular Styles

 

Regular OmGym:
 

• Regular style OmGyms have two "S" -shaped hooks which are perfect for aerial inversions and most workouts.

Please note that the Adventure Stylw has been discontinued. If you are ordering regular style omgym (with s-hooks) you can still add carabiner hooks to your omgym if you wish. There is enough room in the fabric to do so.
Carabiner hooks are mainly carried by hardware and adventure sport stores.

• Adventure Style OmGyms hang by two carribeaners that screw shut for more dynamic workouts and aerial performances.
