Returns: Free Shipping Product(s)
Any Free Shipped Product(s) if returned, shall be billed for outbound
shipping at the time of return.This also applies to refused shipments.
Shipping will be deducted from the free-shipped item(s) after the 15%
restocking fee is deducted.
Returns: Rebounders
All returned rebounders will be charged a 15%
restocking fee. Returned rebounders must include all accompanying materials
-books, videos, etc. to qualify for refund.
Refused shipments
If you order an item, then refuse it when delivery is attempted, the shipping
cost will be deducted from your return credit. This also applies to free
shipped products. An item is considered "refused" when you do
not open the box and the carrier returns the item to us at no cost to
you. We will also assess a 5% processing cost based on the total dollar
value of the purchase.
Damaged Shipments: Pleas notify us immediately for any damaged or missing items so that we can send a replacement part right away.
EvolutionHealth.com will not be responsible for cutsomer mistakes. If you order an incorrect item or put in an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any applicable charges to replace the item. How are your products shipped?
Books and Videos are shipped 1st class or
priority mail depending on weight. All other products are
shipped UPS Ground, Fedex, or priority mail depending
on weight. Allow 3 to 12 working days for delivery.
All Rebounder Products are shipped FedEx. Saunas are shipped via freight.
