What can I expect from this program?

My goal with this tape set is to completely change your perceptions and your attitude concerning what flexibility is all about and how to achieve it. The Flextasy™ flexibility exercise routine is the result of literally thousands of hours of research and it effectively solves the mystery as to what is the simplest and easiest method to become flexible and to remain flexible throughout your entire life. If you practice these movements with consistency you will always be able to do them, whether you are 30, 40, 60, or 80.

I researched and developed this routine because I wanted to discover how I could become more flexible than I was and how I could avoid becoming decrepit. I attained my flexibility by making this routine a daily ritual and at 44 I am more flexible than I was in high school playing sports. As you practice these movements from day to day you will notice that they become easier and the range of motion of all of your joints and hinges will increase.

The even better news is that flexibility is only one of many positive rewards you will reap as a result of this program. Some of these include balance, calmness, an understanding of body mechanics, unrestricted fluid and energy flows, breath awareness, and much more.
